RETURNS
Clothing & Pillows - Please contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items are to be submitted to the address on the package within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Art Prints - We do everything possible to ensure the package arrives safely, using sturdy packaging. Being a small business we cannot be responsible for damage caused by the carrier during shipping. In any case, please contact us if there's any problem with your order. info@beeandoak.com
SHIPPING
Since different items are printed and shipped from different locations, to return your product, mail your product to the return address on the package. Please contact us at info@beeandoak.com before returning an item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
